Took way too long for
Took way too long for product to arrive. Called several times to check status on order. At one point, lady answers the phone, I explain I want to check status of my order, she snaps at me to say “ma’am I can’t check status or your order…I am not even working today!” I was so shocked I just hung up. But if you are NOT working today, why did you answer the customer service phone line??!! And this was on a Monday after I called Friday and was told the company was closed for Christmas holiday and had been closed for several days (this was dec 30) but was told if I called Monday they would be open and I could check on my order and get an actual update. So Friday I am told I can call Monday to get info and then Monday snapped at and told she wasn’t winning. Tuesday was told parts were “picked” and I would receive ship notice Thursday. Got nothing Thursday. Called the next Monday and was told I would get them Wednesday. Took 3 weeks from order to receive product. Had I known it would take this long (and that I would get snapped at for checking status of the order) we would have just ordered from another company.
