When I ordered the item it said it was in stock. I called to find out where it was and was told it was on backorder and won't be in stock till Jan 26th. I am not pleased!!

I did not get what I thought I ordered. I went by the picture which shows the electric version so that is what I thouight would come. It was not until after it came and I went back to your web site that I figured out it was a hydraulic only. It works fine and was cheaper but it was a little confuseing when you showed one thing and it was another. For someone who very rarely orders something like this it would be better if the one shown goes with the info. I also have only carpet to use it on so am wondering if there would be different casters a person could get to make it easier to move.

I have yet to receive a copy of my bill marked "PAID". I need the paperwork and still haven't seen it. Rating would be higher if the paperwork were done.

My first order was handled perfectly, but my second order I'm still waiting for it's been a month. It was supposed to arrive at my house 1-29-21 between 2 and 6 pm, never showed. I'm dissappointed.
