Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. My order was placed on Apr 19, the 1st shipment was on May 16 and the 2nd was Jun 29 (I still haven't rec'd it yet. I tried to leave the msg to the CS several time, no reply and no follow up.

Absolutely furious!

Placed order 1000049047/67047 last November . Only received 2x bottles of Wake Up Shampoo, NEVER received the 2 bottles of Wake Up conditioner. Have tried to contact endlessly over email , earlier this year did get one response that it would be looked into. Heard nothing more. It is very difficult to get a response from emails and the phone refers you to website and an on-line chat that was not available. If the product is out of stock please advise and I will request a total refund.

Took 3 months to ship my order

Order placed in November 2021, and it was only shipped in February 2022. Emailed CS several time and only replied a week ago. Terrible service!

The Alyaka customer service is

The Alyaka customer service is terrible. I placed two orders 10 days apart - on the first order I was not notified until after I had placed the order that one of the items was on back order and that shipping was estimated at 5-6 days. I didn’t receive my orders until more that two weeks later. Both orders came together and one of the items I ordered was missing. I have emailed Alyaka and used the contact box on their website more than 5 times over the last month and have had no response. I can’t find a working phone number for the company either. This company is incredibly unreliable - it is completely unacceptable that they have ignored all of my communication and there is no recourse for me to either receive what I ordered or be refunded.
