Lack of response and responsibility, appaling service
No response at all to my first query, and no response to a separate second query where I had a legitimate complaint and showcased proof. Only got a response when I chased with a further email mentioning my concerns and stating I saw the bad reviews about lack of response, shipment delays and no refunds issued. I was given a form to complete and asked for more proof which I submitted straight away. It's been days since, chased yesterday, no response or refund. On Monday I will state my intention to request a chargeback and if there is no response within a couple of days, this is what I will do.
Fast service on first order, but appalingly slow and delayed dispatch times on second and third - which is still unsent. Wondering if a chargeback will eventually be needed for this as well.
