I didn’t receive any feed back from you about my Oder or any communications!!! I would like to receive money back for that position that your company didn’t delivery to me.

I have 2 outstanding orders thst I’m being told you have no record of even though you’ve taken the money for both. I sent about 10 emails and no one responds it’s terrible. I am going to have to let American Express sort this out for me

After a month I placed the order I didn’t receive the shipment yet. I sent more than 4 emails to chase but no reply so far. Disappointing.

Order was part-shipped and customer service was not responsive to queries about whether/when the remainder of the order would shop. Order status says "complete" though I never received the entirety of what I ordered.

Wanted to return an item but had to continually email them when they did email to ask why I wanted to return it after I explained I never heard from them again even though I emailed them telling them the customer was not satisfactory.
