I still have not received my products and it’s been over a month. Terrible company. Terrible service. Emailed them over 5 times and no response

Bonjour, cela fait plus de 6 semaines que je n’ai pas reçu mon colis. Il est bloqué à la douane. Il me réclame de payer des taxes et des frais d’envoi. Je refuse de payer ces taxes . Ils ne sont pas mentionnés dans votre règlement pour la Belgique. Je n’ai pas eu ce genre de problème avec Cult Beauty. Comment résoudre ce problème ?

I have not received anything since mid of Oct and never received any response by customer service, it's a terrible online shopping experience i never have and i read a lot about the same comments from internet too. what a scam !

I have ordered from Alyaka on a regular basis for years. In recent orders, there have been more and more problems. Either I could no longer log into my customer account, but the password reset function did not work. Or my deliveries got stuck at customs. But the worst thing is that customer service seems to be non-existent. You write again and again to different email addresses but you don't get an answer except for an acknowledgement blurb. They just ignore you. You always have to get the money back through your bank. Absolutely insufficient.

It took 2 months to receive my order in its entirety and I only resolved the issue by opening a dispute case with PayPal. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will never use this site again.
