I paid for my order on october 1 and received an email that it had been shipped. Until now, I have not received any notification about the progress of the package or at least a tracking number for it. I have repeatedly tried to contact you via messages, email and other all possible means of contact indicated on the site, but did not receive a single response, although I get promotions every few days Order #4010 oksanag11@rambler.ru

Unfortunately I’ve experienced a severe allergic reaction to this product and even though I’ve contacted the shop about it I have not heard back since.

I placed an order over a month ago. I've been emailing and trying to reach out through the website and no response from anyone. Paid additional for tracking and can't even get the tracking number!

No product, no communication. Pure SCAM!
