I tried to contact your company via email for 3 times but no reply I placed an order #4442 on 24 Oct but it is still marked as unfulfilled, please can you update me when will the order be despatched please? Please can someone have the courtesy to at least reply to my query? Thanks

I paid for my order on october 1 and received an email that it had been shipped. Until now, I have not received any notification about the progress of the package or at least a tracking number for it. I placed an order over a month ago. I've been emailing and trying to reach out through the website and no response from anyone. Paid additional for tracking and can't even get the tracking number!
