This company is appalling customers service. Absolutely disgusting still awaiting orders placed 23/11/23 they don’t even have any decency

I placed my order on 3 Oct, but not yet received it until now ,14 Nov. Sent two emails to the customer service, but got no reply.

Nobody answers to my letters anywhere, I can’t receive my tracking number although I’ve paid for tracked delivery. Previous two orders had missing items also no reaction from this shop. I guess this was my last purchase ever from this store.

I tried to contact your company via email for 3 times but no reply I placed an order #4442 on 24 Oct but it is still marked as unfulfilled, please can you update me when will the order be despatched please? Please can someone have the courtesy to at least reply to my query? Thanks
