I have been waiting almost 4 months and still have not received my order. I have attempted to contact Alyaka customer service but it appears there is none. I have not received any reply and am out of my product and my money. I will be looking to purchase somewhere else.

After not receiving my order I contacted the costumer service several times and it didn't reply till today. Not gonna purchase anything again from this shop.

I have been a long term customer of Alyaka. I made a very large purchase in Nov 2023. After more than a month, the purchase did not arrive. I contacted customer service to inform them of missing order. The order was resent but was incomplete. Three items were still missing from the resent order. I contacted customer service multiple times and highlighted the missing items. I receive no response. My experience with customer service has been terrible as no one care to help customer solve problem when problem arises. Despite being a long term customer, I will not purchase from Alyaka again as when when you face problem, customer service do not offer the help required to solve the problem.

Bad customer service bad delivery I suppose to have promotion I earned but I didn’t get I don’t think I will use your service again

The irony of ordering anti-aging products when the stress and frustration of dealing with this company ages you faster than anything... Don’t expect items to be in stock and ready for dispatch when you place your order. Misleading website and very poor, unresponsive customer service.
