Worst online site I’ve used in a long time! I didn’t receive all my order or a refund from the company. They ignored all 4 of my emails so my bank had to refund me and deal with them. Never again!

I received the package with a leakage from one of the items. I tried contacting customer service via both email and instagram. However, no one has reached out to me at all and it has been almost one month ago. It has made the whole experience very disappointing and frustrating!!

Ordered two Lina Hanson scents in March and when they arrived saw best use before date was 04/24 so contacted customer service as this was not acceptable. Have only had automatic response and no reply and have emailed 4 times. Left a message on instagram page and had no response there either. Would never order from them again
