If I could give no stars I would. I don’t know what game they are playing but I contacted them 7 times and no reply. The bottle in my gift set was smashed but they never sorted it. DONT BUY FROM ALYAKA

Worst shopping experience ever. Never received my order. Only got one reply after several complaint emails, saying it’d ship in 2–3 days — still nothing. “Royal Mail” claimed it was delivered and left a card, but my address is a courier warehouse, not a home — impossible to leave a card there. Lesson learned: beware of ghost companies. I’ll be extra careful next time.

I emailed the company on the 1st of Jan about the products not working for me and enquired about their refund policy. No response. I asked again via their online contact form, no response. I asked via their online web chat, no response. This company doesn’t offer any customer service, extremely disappointed.

Horrible service! I placed an order three weeks ago and it's not shipped. I have received no tracking number , nobody replies to my emails, chat or social media messages. Total disregard of your customers and I guess it's pointless to ask for a refund for the order I will not receive, as you would simply ignore it!!
