Never received my order 3 weeks after I placed it. Non-existant customer service that never replied to your inquiries about your order. Probably a scam. Not the website I used to go years ago.

Terrible!! I’m still waiting for your team to respond to my emails and my online chat. I want a full refund as outlined in my emails. I never received my products from two orders worth £247. Your lack of customer care is infuriating. I shouldn’t have had to spend so much time trying to get it sorted and still be ignored by your team.

I order a product 3 weeks ago and have still not received it, despite choosing the 2 day delivery option. I emailed 6 times throughout and finally only received a reply 3 weeks in detailing another 2 week delay.

Zero - ignored two emails about not receiving my order. So no refund either.

Do Not Order – Scam Company with Repeated Issues I placed an order with Alayaka and was really looking forward to trying their products. Unfortunately, when my package arrived, one of the items was missing. I reached out multiple times via email and Instagram DMs, but never received a single response. After doing some digging on Trustpilot and social media, I found that I’m far from the only one—many other customers have reported the same experience: missing items, no customer service, and no refunds or resolutions. This is not just poor service—it’s a clear pattern of scamming customers. I strongly advise against ordering from Alayaka. Based on both my experience and those of many others, this company is not legitimate and should be avoided.
