I didn't receive an expensive Susanne Kaufmann cream as per order #1000047972 made on September 21. Still not resolved and my card should be refunded for the amount as the product was not delivered!

There is absolutely no customer care.

I ordered Ursa Major Fantastic Face Wash in size 236ml, I received 120ml! I have emailed several times and had no response. I will not be ordering from your company again.

Not great unfortunately

I placed an order on September 1st and still haven't received the package by October 9th. In addition, no one has responded to the notifications made since the beginning of the month. Extremely disappointed with the way customer support responds to messages.
