Non existent consumer service, a very long wait for items to be shipped (over 2 months), wrong item received...I tried to contact alyaka a month after placing my order to ask for a status or a refund if my order is not shipped yet, no response. After receiving a wrong item, I just gave up.

I ordered online and was surprised to be asked for pay more than 10%customer fee despite 21%TVA was already included in the price. The customer service replied if the total price is above 150 euros I should pay it because I live in EU. Then I paid it, and finally recieved the parcel. One item was missing in it and the total price should be lower than 150 euros without this item. That means I paid more but recieved less. I don't know how they will deal with my case. I am already too tired and spent too much time to follow this order...

This products delivery in extra time. I never ordered again.

It was incredibly difficult to reach someone via email or instant messenger on site. I was promised a July discovery box as the item I ordered went out of stock and I was not advised. Consequently I did not receive the discovery box or the item and just received a refund for the item I had ordered without notice, forcing me to purchase it elsewhere. I would be reluctant to order from Alyaka again.
