I love the products but hate the amount of unnecessary packaging.

but having emailed in 3 times about a refund for an out of stock item and not getting a reply - I am disappointed - that I don't seem to have a refund & my emails are being ignored.

My item was undelivered on the day promised as the driver was unable to find the mascara in his van. It was about 3 days later when the delivery was made. He left the parcel in the entrance instead of using the lift to deliver my small item through the letterbox. A neighbour saw it on the table and brought it up to me. I was not impressed with your delivery!

No news about my order

My order wasn’t arriving. I emailed Customer Services - no reply. About a week later my order turned up.
