No news about my order

My order wasn’t arriving. I emailed Customer Services - no reply. About a week later my order turned up.

Not happy with Alyaka, I think you are playing around with products and switching boxes and batches and I suspect opening some products to test before putting them back in boxes, I bought the same product, the intimate oil holi sex, from 2 different places/ vendors and they were completely different amounts in the bottle. The bottle bought from Alyaka was around 10% less in the quantity of the oil, not a happy customer!!

Non existent consumer service, a very long wait for items to be shipped (over 2 months), wrong item received...I tried to contact alyaka a month after placing my order to ask for a status or a refund if my order is not shipped yet, no response. After receiving a wrong item, I just gave up.

I ordered online and was surprised to be asked for pay more than 10%customer fee despite 21%TVA was already included in the price. The customer service replied if the total price is above 150 euros I should pay it because I live in EU. Then I paid it, and finally recieved the parcel. One item was missing in it and the total price should be lower than 150 euros without this item. That means I paid more but recieved less. I don't know how they will deal with my case. I am already too tired and spent too much time to follow this order...
