Great choice of products, often hard to source in UK. First time using this company and there was a lack of communications regarding the delivery which took well over a week, not the 2-3 days advertised. Although I wrote to customer service and used the online tool there was no response to update me. Also when you spend a high value on a product its usually accompanied by the gesture of a free sample or you can see care has been taken in the packing. It felt that it had been thrown in a box with some foam cushions rather like an amazon order. So 5* for product, 3* for experience with this company.

I have been happily purchasing online from Alyaka for a few years now. Good range of brands with great offers. However, in the last year or so there has been an issue with every one of my orders; either the wrong item or a missing product. Plus, as I have found, the stock availability as indicated on the website is not correct. I gave 3 stars since I have enjoyed many years as a customer without any problems. If I were a recent customer, I would have awarded 2 stars.

I received 2 out of the 3 products I ordered quite quickly, however, have now been left waiting on news on when to expect the remaining product. Despite emailing twice to get an update I've yet to receive a response.
