Wax Wax

I paid to have my order expedited but it still took an entire week than the 3 day shipping I paid for, and I had to purchase wax from Amazon’s I was really sad about.

Have waited almost four weeks for my subscription order. Customer service is always quick to try to make things right when they go array but I’m not sure why the mess ups seem to be so frequent. Maybe it’s a shipping department problem. Either way I am considering doing things differently.

I was suppose to receive a refund on my shipping and I never did.

The shipping is very expensive and ridiculously slow. I placed my order on Wednesday morning, August 12 and the estimated delivery was August 17. The shipping label was created August 13, and my order was not passed on to USPS until five days later – one day past when it should have been delivered. I didn’t receive it until August 22. For $14 in shipping, that’s really inexcusable.

Wax is amazing, customer service is not great. One shouldn’t have to reach out multiple ways just to get a point across that still was not reached
