Wax Wax

I ordered a pink 10lb insert and received a purple one which I already have. I was looking forward to having the pink one

Two of my wax bags and one of the stick boxes exploded exploded and my box was a big old mess. Other than that, everything ok.

I love the wax, but I hate the gloves.

I love the wax pot but after two uses the left side of the pot will not let me turn the temperature down.

I'm have trouble finding the right temperature, to deliver excellent results. I'm having trouble getting hair off on legs
