Wax Wax

Have waited almost four weeks for my subscription order. Customer service is always quick to try to make things right when they go array but I’m not sure why the mess ups seem to be so frequent. Maybe it’s a shipping department problem. Either way I am considering doing things differently.

I was suppose to receive a refund on my shipping and I never did.

I haven’t gotten my order

they did not respond on my return request

This is my 4th time ordering from Wax Wax and there’s never anything that’s smooth sailing. This very last time I purchased 10 pounds of wax and only 5 was delivered over 2 weeks later. When I called to inquire about the other 5 pounds Maria states she was going to send out the other 5 pounds same day. I asked Maria due to my CONSISTENT inconvenience can I get the large wax sticks needed for melting down wax and she included 1 in my order. The time before that the wax came in late AFTER I had purchased next day delivery and had to reschedule my clients. This will be the very last time I order from wax wax because as a professional they don’t respect my business!
