Wax Wax

Two of my wax bags and one of the stick boxes exploded exploded and my box was a big old mess. Other than that, everything ok.

I love the wax, but I hate the gloves.

I love the wax pot but after two uses the left side of the pot will not let me turn the temperature down.

I paid to have my order expedited but it still took an entire week than the 3 day shipping I paid for, and I had to purchase wax from Amazon’s I was really sad about.

Have waited almost four weeks for my subscription order. Customer service is always quick to try to make things right when they go array but I’m not sure why the mess ups seem to be so frequent. Maybe it’s a shipping department problem. Either way I am considering doing things differently.
