New nebuliser cup works poorly due to eroded contacts on the battery unit. Response from them was to buy a whole new unit discounted to 90+ dollars. Sorry but a unit I bought for €36 outperforms yours in every respect.

Was automatically sent a subscription and was pissed to be charged more than once for this since I hate the taste.

Complete waste of money.

I bought a new saline cup because the ones on my old one were stuck inside the cup and wouldn’t move anymore, but when I put the new cup on my device, it still didn’t work. They would not accept a return, despite there being nothing on the website indicating the cup wasn’t eligible for return.
