I bought a new saline cup because the ones on my old one were stuck inside the cup and wouldn’t move anymore, but when I put the new cup on my device, it still didn’t work. They would not accept a return, despite there being nothing on the website indicating the cup wasn’t eligible for return.

Didn’t even receive as after taking money and extra for expedited shipping, they stopped answering any of my emails. Four weeks no contact. Eventually my partner emailed them on their website FAQs and they replied to him within the hour. Shady behaviour.

Product never arrived. And nor has replacement . Customer service not apologetic and not giving refund.
