ABSOLUTE GARBAGE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

Absolutely piss poor customer service. I’ve submitted several reviews online, beginning in the nicest way about ongoing problems with the nebulizer—weak stream, shutting off prematurely, battery holding no charge, and taking hours to get through one ampoule of saline. Month of radio silence. On one occasion, I was given some suggestions on an FB ad post from VM about using vinegar and water and alcohol and various methods to clean and cleanse the unit. However, I had already done these and I did them again twice. I said as much but met with radio silence once again. I did everything as directed between the VM manual and the online instructions. I babied and pampered that product. I ordered the carrying case with the initial order. I never went without charging it after using it. I never dropped it. I never miss handled it. I took care of that thing like the hope. diamond and it didn’t work properly after just a couple weeks. I finally broke down and ordered a new reservoir cup, which is solved most of the problems, although there are still intermittent problems. Nevertheless, when I re-ordered these refills, the order was placed before the end of September (before the order for the new resevoir) and still took over two weeks to arrive. The shipping tracking shows the product going from Florida to Texas to California to New Jersey to Dulles airport … etc. All I wanted was to get some sort of service from the company because the first review I wrote was five star, raving about how all the product works. However, the product stopped working, and then they were radio silence. Then the fact that it took over half a month to get the refill which went all over the country without so much as an indication or alert from the company. Absolutely pathetic. It’s as if the whole thing is run by AI out of the basement of some scammer with zero people actually working at the company. I feel like a teenage hacker stole this tech from a reputable manufacturer, slapped an AI generated logo on the product, and hijacked some shipments all from Grandma’s basement. We used to be a nation of outstanding customer service, leading the world. Now, we suck ass.

The absolute worst customer service

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life both vocal Miss broke on me. I ordered the replacement. Insert it still doesn’t work and I can’t get anyone to help me.
