Sorry to say the saline cup failed again. . . . .

I bought this for $120 plus dollars and it never worked. I reached out for help and yo sent me a new cup and still didn't work. I emailed you again and nobody and responded. I had to go on amazon and buy a different brand because I need one because I had vocal chord surgery and you never gave me my mo ey back. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

My vocal mist has still not arrived after a month and I’ve contacted customer service numerous times but am still no closer to finding out what has happened.
