I am very unhappy! I have yet to receive my order. Customer support keeps closing my inquiry on the status of the package — getting the run-around. . , and I paid good money for this item!

Nunca me llego el envio, compre el paquete complrto con estuche y repuestos hace ya un mes, pague casi U$S 300 pero nunca recibi nada. si no veven en USA no lo compren, o perderan su dinero!!

The product was delivered much later than what was stated when we ordered. By the time it arrived, we were no longer at the location, so we never received it at all.

Didn't get my order yet , last update was on the 21/10/2025. DHL shipment tracking stopped in Frankfurt Airport.

I used Vocalmist 5 times and then it stopped working. I followed the instructions including how to properly clean/store it. Not sure what happened.
