I don't know if this is normal or not, but my nebulizer can't be tipped over at all or it leaks all the contents out. It also will seemingly leak out of the inhale port as well, and more than a couple drops, like a teaspoon will come out just sitting there. . . not sure what to do

I ordered the individual pouches. . . some reason got the powder pouch. My whole goal would have been to share with others. I perform 2 to 5 times a week. . . and involved with local theatre. In the past I provide a 60 pack of emergency C. To have on hand. If I had found your product to been exceptional. . . would have done the same. The guys in one of my bands expressed an interest because always looking for ways to take care of our voices. . . . . but big turn off is everyone reaching in and touching the scooper. . . we are always careful bought germs. . . . another concern is taste. . . . it definitely is not pleasant. I honestly thought after the mix up your company would have done something. . . replacement. . . or credit toward next purchase. . . My decision is still out on how effective your product is. . .

When you buy this thing it CRANKS out mist. It will gunk itself up no matter how many times you descale it, at best, making it hit-or-miss just a few months later. Buy something cheaper

I'm disappointed in the Quality I punched a similar model half the price and just as good I will not buy again.
