Not crazy about it

My vocal mist doesn’t work. It seems very hard to get the device to work once something goes awry. It is an expensive device. It seems the parts should be made better.

It hasn't helped my allergies as I'd hoped it would but I've got five months worth of product so hopefully I'll notice some help.

I love it when it works. However, I had a very hard time at first getting it to charge, then it completely stopped working. Turns out there was a problem with one of the gold pins. I had to continually open it up and adjust it, which was very hard even with tweezers. Then I discovered there was a piece of plastic impeding the pin and pushing it up. Once I fixed that, it is working better. Also, although I got an extra face mask, I did not get an extra breading “tube” which I really like to use, and its would be handier to have that than the extra mask. I do use it regularly; sometimes I have to press the button two or three times to engage it, despite it being fully charged. It has gotten better as I’ve worked out the bugs. Could be a great product with a more careful manufacturer.
