I don't really feel a difference.

The customer service is WONDERFUL — however… I am so grateful for the amount of mist that this cup produces, but I am still experiencing a lot of condensation that gathers. I have to keep emptying the part where I have the mouthpiece attached, and I’m not sure if that’s optimal for getting the greatest amount of mist.

It only charges power for one 6 minutes use and one vile of liquid

Shipping was fine. Received in a timely manor

Was not prepared for the large customs fees going into Canada
