I usually order 6 bottle of Vit c zinc elderberry and 4 bottle of pcygenol but it won’t allow for me to get it iam very disappointed because and the shipping is quite expensive I able to order some product from overseas they charge only 9.95

delivery bad verses other product ordered on line.

Very slow process outside of the US both times I've ordered. The first time 18 days passed since ordering, only been told they had forgotten to even ship it once I contacted them The second time (this month) a very similar thing happened, after 8 days I contacted them via email as it still showed up as pending. Immediately upon emailing I was given a shipping tracker, however this shilling tracker wouldn't work for yet another day as it hadn't been given to the courier yet I really like the product but clearly something it going wrong from a logistics point of view, it shouldn't take 9-18 days (just to confirm delivery, not even shipping it yet) plus an email to remind them every time to even give it to a courier

Re-ordering very un-user friendly. I only want to focus on my Order without having to make sure additional products aren’t added to it. Custom Service Representatives not readily available.
