Re-ordering very un-user friendly. I only want to focus on my Order without having to make sure additional products aren’t added to it. Custom Service Representatives not readily available.

Love the product. Happy with order and shipping and packing. But really fed up with the (literally) daily emails that I can’t seem to stop, asking me to update my credit card info for my subscription since it expires this year before my next subscription shipment date. I clicked on “unsubscribe in one of those emails” No change. I wrote Viva, using their customer care email address about this last week. No response. (I did try updating my credit card on Viva’s site, but it doesn’t roll over until May and my card company wouldn’t take the request!)

Well, it’s been 3 weeks and I still don’t have my order. Same thing happened with my last order.
