I absolutely love my purchase. I feel like my skin has been needing a refresher and this has been amazing! However, none of the QR codes that are suppose to show how to use the products work which is a bit disappointed since it is a major reason why I used the products!

Love facegym, but shipping takes forever and lack of instructions on products is frustrating.

Mostly a good product, but the QR code for the device did not work (customer service seemed ambivalent about that error), there is a series of two clicks (not one!) you need to hear to ensure the smaller cap is properly attached otherwise the serum goes everywhere, and other smaller details make Facegym‘s credibility seem sketchy.

My skin looks no different in the morning but the mask is causing my skin to break out. I do not break out abs this is the only change I’ve made I love my face gym products this is the first one I do not
