Had to wait 2 weeks to receive my shipment because one of the items I ordered was out of stock and they did not inform me until I emailed them asking about the whereabouts of my order. I will never buy from them again

I ordered face shot online since I don’t live near their studios. I asked to return face shot - new as I am having allergic reactions to it ( I used my sister’s device to test it but the one I got remains unused) . Customer service person said not refundable. I don’t understand these products being not cheap and if issues, they should be refundable within 30 days like most products.

Not impressed

I have purchased face gym products several times over the past year but in the last six weeks I have spent nearly $1200. I absolutely love the tools. However, while I am a loyal La Mer and Skinmedica customer, I thought I would try the face products, oils etc. unfortunately, the face oil made my eyes burn. I also don’t care for the smell. However, when I attempted to return the items, I was told if a bottle has been opened it cannot be returned. Perhaps this is why face Jim doesn’t, and out samples of their products. Personally, I never do business with a company that has such a restrictive return policy. Tells me a lot about the company, and perhaps, their products,. So, as a warning to all of you, if you are interested in trying face coach, youth, reformer, electrolyte cleanser, buy it from Sephora. They’re well-established company, and they will gladly except your return. Silly me. Just sign me, a former fan. Face Gym is a great concept, great marketing, but they fall short in business practices. This review is not only based on the return policy, but also placing an order when the items are not in stock. (Twice) and waiting three weeks for the shipment to arrive. That also tells me a lot about a company.

I wanted to love this - but it just did not live up to the hype. it didn't really hydrate and in fact, when i applied it at bedtime, I woke up with dry flaky skin in the mornings. I was convinced to buy this by a GLOWING review I read on Well and Good - but honestly, I was really disappointed with this product - a waste of money for me.
