The mini kit I ordered arrived without the advertised kit bag and had no instructions on using products.

Decent products, but way over priced. Make your items affordable to the average woman and you will see more people giving it a try.

The products are great but you need to have better instructions included. I had to go to the Recovery Lab site to get valuable information I needed on the use of the product.
