Great products. Did not receive complimentary samples.
I was introduced to your products by a friend. I placed an order and selected some complimentary samples online. For some reason, the samples did not arrive. I submitted an email sharing the complimentary samples did not arrive, The response provided by Customer Service stated it was probably due to my error for not clicking a box, which is possible. However, instead of offering to send the complimentary samples, I was told to request extra samples on my next order. Complimentary samples are generous and customers love them! So when a customer takes the time to email and contact Customer Service, a simple remedy would be to ship the complimentary samples. Instead, the customer has to wait until the next future order to request the samples.
I’m really excited by the products. However, this blip in Customer Service was a little disappointing.
