Love your products. A little bit disappointed because the trial products that i chose were not included in the package of the orders you Sent MW.

The products are wonderful but your customer service needs improvement. I placed an order and when it came, I returned it the same day. It took a month to get a refund and then probably that was because I contacted my credit card holder to intercede. You need telephone or direct email service, please.

The product is very good to start a skin care routine....I would recommend this product when you are in your 20’s for preventive.

I ordered 2 sets, one set has the combo activate and eye cream, the other is time treasure serum. My skin is totally improved after two weeks. However Im not really satisfied of this brand customer service. My samples weren't included in my package. Even though I have already reminded twice, I haven't received my samples. Hopefully this luxurious brand will know how to take care of their customers better who spent $400 for two facial cream.
