This was the worst customer service I've had in years. I returned an item in late April and have had to chase after customer service for a refund because my emails had been constantly ignored. I had to send a couple of emails every two or three weeks only to get a delayed response. My refund was finally processed after almost three months.

Ridiculous that you don’t accept credit cards with an international billing address—- after all customers should be able to use any card to buy presents for shipping to friends or family living in the US !

My package was shipped without signature required, and ups left it outside for the package to be stolen. Sulwhasoo rep did not do anything to help nor refund my money. Do Not Buy from this store!!!! And they did not even respond to my follow up email. Horrible customer service. I paid $250 and did not get my money back, nor get the replacement shipment.

Thirteen days have not yet shipped

Very disappointing. First, did not receive my samples that i included with the order and the customer service was very unhelpful, Second, my invigorating serum bottle was done after 5 day use! Nothing was coming out of the pump and, of course, you cannot unscrew the bottle. So, it goes into a trash can and that very expensive product just had become astronomically expensive
