My order was just simply cancelled. No explanation. I spent my time to place that order, I was expecting to receive my eye cream, instead i received an email with cancellation.

Was going to send a birthday gift for a family member living in US only to find my order got cancelled the next day. If that’s really the case, your website system shouldn’t be accepting any address outside the US during filling up the form in the first place. Just plain ridiculous.
