I emailed and emailed without a response and it's been 2 weeks without a response or resolution! My order arrived WITHOUT MY 5 SAMPLES AND I AM SO UPSET THAT SULWHASOO HASN'T TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE WHATSOEVER!!

Worst shopping experience

Please give me estimated delivery of my order. My order of two IOPE Enlivening Contour softeners - when do I receive ?

It is taking forever to receive my refund. There was no customer service phone number available to help me.

I place my order online and minutes later I found out that the shipping address is wrong.I tried to call their customer service but the don’t have one.You can only get in touch with them thru email and response time will be in 72 hours. I emailed them and ask to change my shipping address. The next day I received an email that my items was shipped with the wrong shipping address.I called UPS if they can change the address but told me that only the merchant can change it.I emailed them again if they can call UPS but received an reply after 2 days that I should be the one to call UPS.Really?? I emailed them 4 times to explain the situation.I ordered $184 worth and now I don’t know if I ever would receive my items. Would never ever buy from them anymore
