VERY BAD POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Extremely poor customer service. I sent in two returns that have not yet been processed. The returns were received by Sulwhasoo 2 months ago. I have sent multiple email inquiries to them that were left unanswered. I even left a couple voice mails at at their New York office. Never received any return call backs from them. I understand Covid has placed delays. However I had placed an order a couple weeks ago that was processed timely. So I know there are employees in the office. What a company can process order for money. But cannot take time out to answer customer emails or process returns. I do not even know what to say or do anymore. I feel cheated by this company. There is no phone number to call on their website. I had to google their New York office to find a number to call them. My mom asked me about your products because she was interested and knew I use a lot your products. I told her about my bad experience with you. She decided to look elsewhere for products.
