Customer service never responds to any emails. There is no phone number. It was just such an awful experience.

I requested assistance in drop shipping your product to China because I wanted the USA brand of your product to be sent to my friend so I after considering another brand that is equally attractive but is willing US brand quality pr5oducts to China.

No customer service and slow delivery and shipping

Your products are good but very pricey. My last order did not include the free gift you advertised, when I raised the the question your answer was I did not mark it on my order. That is not acceptable, you would assume that the gift is automatically included in the order whether you Mark it or not.
