very bad customer service.

I get this email asking for a review and I have no clue what I bought from you.

No reply. No effective response. Never buy Sulwhasoo again.

My order hasn't processed, I paid for an expedited order, it has been 8 days.

My questions were not answered and I don’t feel like a valued customer at all. Responses also took longer than expected.
