I would suggest the following:
1. Please change the contact e-mail info on the order summary: info@usmail.sulwhasoo.com. It got bounced back several times.
2. If your company policy is customers cannot cancel the order, please clarify that on that website. I was so confused that the order I placed in is not ready to ship. Why your customers cannot cancel the order at that point and require them to receive the order and return that with another $5 return fee?
3. When you do the promotion close to each other, you actually give customers more discounts to later purchase. It sent the wrong message to your customers who are loyal to your product and feel that they should not buy at the first place. Also, there is no price match policy for this.
I have been using your product in the past 15 years and usually get them while traveling to Korea or US local stores. I am hoping your website services can improve more. Thanks!
