Terrible experience. I could have bought from you, instead bought it from another merchant since you cancelled my order.

You automatically cancelled my order and said it was due to fraud when it was not. Then later on sent me a message thanking me for my 1st order when it was already been cancelled by you. I sent an email to confirm but there was no reply.

Customer service is terrible. Samples and gift was not included in my package. I informed customer service and have not received a resolution. It’s been over 3 weeks. This was my first purchase and it will be my last.
