It’s been a month and I still haven’t received my order. I emailed customer service but no one replied. There’s no phone number to call either.

Never receive my purchase and nobody help me.

The product I ordered never arrived. The communication from the company has been terrible throughout. Now weeks later, I still don’t have my refund. Think twice before ordering from them online.

Poor service, arrogant company that just focus on making money!

Worst customer service. My tracking number is not right. I placed online order in December, still not received, but tracking number said it was delivered in November. Sent email few times no response. Probably I need to dispute. Can't tell about the product since I didn't receive yet.
