My item was tampered and been opened before being sent to me. I need this item replaced with a new cream.

Gross 🤮 please don’t send used product.
I sent this email over a week ago and did not get a response. So I am VERY unhappy... I was send a used product package. My order number was #10004631525. My order was for color control cushion 104. When I got it I just stashed it in a drawer until I was ready to use it. Then when I opened it up this morning it was all dirty and half used. The second pack in there was sealed. Can I please get shipped one new pack or be refunded half of the money?

This is 4th time I'm sending emails to you.. memorized order # without trying.. irony..
It seems like 'finally' my package is in the process of returning to you..
It would've been so much easier for you and I if you have system like other companies where cancellation goes through within minutes or even seconds of requests from customers.
If you did this you didn't have to actually ship it & return it just few hours before arriving at my house.
Even with all this process you didn't let me know and I had to find out through tracking #!!
So~ where's my refund?

You really need to do improve customer service. I'm saying these to you because I really love sulwhasoo and I've been using it for more than 20 years. Otherwise I wouldn't have bothered with complaining
