Terrible Customer Service
Hi,
There isn't any service to rate because I have not hear back from anyone at all from numerous emails i've sent, and voice messages i left to the corporate office. I still have issue from my order from November order #200084082A that hasn't been resolved, and I've sent emails with request number 63809. I was supposed to receive a promotional gift from my order, but was not included. I've sent email to CS and finally received a response back in December to let me know that they will ship out the gift, but I've never received it and sent emails to follow up but no one has yet responded. This is very disappointing, and I'm hoping something can respond to my inquiry.
