Awful site. My orders are imeadiately cancelled and my money is whitheld in the Credit Card without returning to my account. BIG SCAM. Orders 200093377A, 200093376A, 200093137A. I receive no replies from emails. Stay away from this SCAM. I have more than USD 1000 now that I am trying to get refunded. The site cancels the order in 1s and tells? FRAUD. YOU ARE THE FRAUD!!

It was unfortunate that customer service completely ghosted and ignored my concerns until I filed a complaint with my credit card company. I believe Sulwhasooo to be a luxury brand and it’s unacceptable to not receive a response after 2 months.

Love the product but customer service sucks! I purchased an item 11/10/20 and forgot to include the free item. I've sent numerous emails immediately after the purchase and as of 1/19/21 still have not received it. So disappointed for the price of product and no customer service.

Hi, There isn't any service to rate because I have not hear back from anyone at all from numerous emails i've sent, and voice messages i left to the corporate office. I still have issue from my order from November order #200084082A that hasn't been resolved, and I've sent emails with request number 63809. I was supposed to receive a promotional gift from my order, but was not included. I've sent email to CS and finally received a response back in December to let me know that they will ship out the gift, but I've never received it and sent emails to follow up but no one has yet responded. This is very disappointing, and I'm hoping something can respond to my inquiry. Thanks. Winnie

My item was never shipped to me and I received a wrong tracking number that referred to an order that belonged to some other customer and even after reaching out to the customer care for 4 times never heard back from them. I’m never going to use this site. Terrible online and customer experience.
