I’m waiting for an email reply since months!! No one ever answered! Expensive products, but the service is zero. I have bought a products for almost $3000. If don’t get an answer soon, I won’t buy your products anymore.

Bad customer service
Website offered the 25% off on Cyber Monday but most items were out of stock with no back order. Not a good discount offer. Sign up email subscription on website and it stated an email confirmation would be received and never got one. Scheduled a phone call consultation but no one called. Thing does not work as states.

Disappointed because of customer service
Purchased around $400 this time not a lot but didn’t see the 10% discount offer until I paid, contacted customer service (email) tried to ask for adjustment and got rejected. Also tried to cancel but no response for 3 days until it’s shipped out. I like the brand but I think the customer service part can do much better than this. Made me return the whole thing and get something else from other brands.
Still waiting for the refund.
