Customer Service
As much as I love the products and have been using this brand for years, I am questioning as to ever order again. It’s in very poor taste there is no number to call. Even more so, a package of mine was lost now over a month ago and trying to even hear back regarding it has been beyond challenging. I have been the only one to reach out and check on updates and it takes more than a week to hear back. Problem solving revolving around an elevated customer issue should not be handled this way. I’m not asking for anything special. All I’m asking is for a replacement package, with the same samples I checked off. I have also reached out because should I get a replacement package, it needs to be shipped to a different address as I am no longer at the original destination. That is how long this has taken and it’s very disconcerting. I am also getting the impression that even if I receive a replacement package, hell, even a refund, there would be nothing else, like a coupon or something like that. I am not asking or demanding of anything, I only just think you are supposed to keep in good standing with your customers and loyal clients and something should be offered if something this disaster plus is happening.
