Great Product, Poor Service.
Product is great, my mother loves it... the customer service is not, 3 days after I purchased some products, they went on sale and was told I had to return the item first, pay to ship it back, then repurchase it at the new sale price. The return price was more then I would have saved. POOR SERVICE. It really isn’t even about the “savings” at this point, as a business, it just seems the right thing to do, to either price adjust or something to keep the customer happy.
