I'll be calling customer service to MAKE AN ORDER - I've been using product every month since 1887 - new webpage is TERRIBLE

No Real Customer Service, everyone passes the ball and no clear understanding of who is running the company, its financial department or monitoring customer service representatives who when speaking with them are very scripted, like robots reading & repeating same their lines.

The site is NOT user friendly at all. Very disappointed.

I needed to pause my auto-shipment due to travel. I called several times and could not reach anyone. I was instructed to leave a message, which I did. Nobody ever called me.

Right now, terrible!!!! The order of sport going to Tucson went from Phoenix to someplace in Georgia!!!! And not an hour and a half away to Tucson. That sport is desperately needed!!!!!!
