a friend put together a sweet little care package for me that included a sample size of Face Hero. I loved it and looked up Go-To so I could buy a full size one for when I ran out..which turned into buying 3 so that I could get free shipping to me in Canada. this is a big thing for me - my hygiene/beauty routine usually consists of soap and products i've been gifted from coworkers/family/friends. Only complaint is that it took over 3 weeks to get to me - and I had to contact Go-To to get my tracking number because I received an order confirmation, and then no other communication on tracking shipment afterwards. I know times are slow with co-vid, but I would've appreciated a check-in to keep me in the loop.

I have been using Properly Clean for years, we all know the pump doesn't travel well and leaks in particular after air travel. The latest bottle I received seems to have a new pump. I haven't had a chance to test it out traveling yet (Covid) but the pump doesn't pop back up to its full upright position after being pushed down. I have to pull it back out before using again. Is the pump new? Have the travel issues been resolved? Happy to deal with a sticky pump if it no longer leaks... Thank you!
